1. Quick Start
- Tap the red buttons to spin quadrants on the board
- Match critters with the icon on top to solve a column
- Solve all columns to win the level
- Remember: Think. Spin. Solve.
2. Common Questions
How do I unlock new worlds?
- Complete the final level of the current world to unlock the next one for free.
- Worlds are also available for purchase.
How do I unlock new critters?
- Some critters are unlocked automatically when you reach certain levels. Go to Critter Gallery to see which critters will be unlocked when
- You can buy individual critters from the Premium or the Family Collections. You can also buy them all as bundle.
Can I skip a level?
- Yes. You can skip levels using gems. Otherwise, you can't move to the next level until you complete the current active level.
How do Journeys work?
- The app starts with 5 Journeys for you to play with
- Once you fail a level you will lose a Journey
- Once you start playing a level and quit it before completing it, even if you've completed it once before, you will lose a Journey
- You can use Gems to get more Journeys. You can only have a maximum of 5 Journeys
What are Power-Ups?
- Power-ups help you complete levels
- Power-ups will be unlocked as you reach certain levels
- When you run out of a Power-up you can get more using Gems
Some examples:
- Auto-solve - Solves columns automatically
- Stop Shuffle - Skips the next automatic shuffle
- Activate Buttons - Make disabled quadrants active
- Reveal - Reveals hidden critters in memory levels
What are Gems for?
Gems are used to:
- Skip levels
- Get more power-ups
- Get more Journeys
3. Purchases
I bought something but didn't get it
Go to Settings → Restore Purchases, under the Quit Level or Help Button
Can I get a refund?
All purchases are handled by Apple. Request refunds through Apple support:

4. Progress Issues
My progress is gone
Game progress is stored on your device. If the app is deleted or the device is reset, progress may be lost.
5. Reset Game
How do I reset my game?
Delete the app and reinstall it.
(This action cannot be undone)
6. What do I do if my game crashes or freezes on my iPhone?
- Close the app and reopen it
- Make sure you are using the latest version of the app
If the problem continues, contact support and include:
- Your device model (e.g. iPhone 8)
- iOS version
- What were you doing when it happened
